http://mystery-shopping-online.com/ STEALS THIS CONTENT
I am sorry to interrupt my normal blogging, but you need to read the responses I received from http://mystery-shopping-online.com/.
I sent them an email:
Your main index displays TWO instances of original content from MY blog.
Cease and desist immediately!
(many more were later found)
And admin@mystery-shopping-online.com responded:
If you don’t want your content on other peoples sites, don’t sydicate it!
And if you gonna be such a jackass about it instead of sending a polite email asking to remove the feed then you can get stuffed, I’ll remove it when I’m ready.Terry.
p.s Thanks for the link
(I will be getting Terry a GPS Handheld for Christmas, so he can find his head & then remove it from his butt.)
Syndication is supposed to go to a reader, personal use. To repost it w/o the author’s knowledge is sneaky. If you have read this blog for content instead of just stealing it, you would not be surprised at the email sent, except to state that I am toning it down a little bit.
My Response? Why do you think I would respond to THAT? Of course you’re right, I did respond:
“You in fact may not use syndicated feeds in any way you like, unless the publisher gives you that permission in his terms of use.” Syndication does not equal you get to repost anything you want in an effort to turn a trick. Your site is copyrighted, so it appears you should understand this: You may not use my content on your site. Currently you are using my content and give no credit to the original author, indicating you are doing so maliciously.
Had you contacted me and had a site that contributed anything useful to the industry I might have let you repost. It is not on me to find the people stealing form me - you - & politely request anything - - those are my words, not yours.
